About this role
An industry specific two-day programme specifically designed for nominated or designated postholder Maintenance System of an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder under EU-OPS 1 or JAR-OPS 3.<br /><br />Safety and quality delivery in an AOC holder's Maintenance requires fully effective processes. The Postholder Maintenance Operations is responsible for a wide range of safety critical processes. <br /><br />This course aims to provide case-based training in management approaches and management techniques to facilitate a fully effective maintenance and supporting the achievement of operational and business objectives. <br /><br />The course is highly participative, and promotes practices that have become the benchmark in the industry. <br /><br />Aviation Authorities have started interviewing Form 4 candidates. This course serves as preparation for the authority interview. <br /><br />Postholder Maintenance will be provided a first-hand update of regulatory and industry development.
