About this role
An industry-oriented two-day seminar programme specifically designed for those who are accountable for the safe, legal and financially sound management of an AOC holder under EU OPS 1 or JAR-OPS 3. <br />Safety delivery in all AOC holders' operations requires fully effective processes. The Accountable Manager is responsible for the delivery of safety, regulatory compliance and financial health. <br /><br />This course aims to provide case-based training in management approaches and management techniques to facilitate a fully effective accountability in relation to an AOC holder's operations and supporting the achievement of operational and business objectives. <br /><br />The seminar is highly participative, and promotes practices that have become the benchmark in the industry. Furthermore, it offers you a unique occasion to extend your network in the industry. <br /><br />Aviation Authorities have started interviewing Form 4 candidates. This seminar serves as preparation for the authority interview. <br />Accountable Managers will be provided a first-hand update of regulatory and industry development. Managers are invited to exchange experiences among peers in a confidential environment. <br />Content <br /> <br />Learning Objectives: <br /> <br />Target Group: .
