About this role
An industry specific two-day programme specifically designed for nominated or designated postholder Ground Operations of an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder under EU-OPS 1 or JAR-OPS 3. <br /><br />Safety and quality delivery in an AOC holder's ground operations requires fully effective processes. The Postholder Ground Operations is responsible for a wide range of safety critical processes. <br /><br />This course aims to provide case-based training in management approaches and management techniques to facilitate a fully effective ground operations and supporting the achievement of operational and business objectives. <br /><br />The course is highly participative, and promotes practices that have become the benchmark in the industry. <br /><br />Aviation Authorities have started interviewing Form 4 candidates. This course serves as preparation for the authority interview. <br /><br />Postholder Ground Operations will be provided a first-hand update of regulatory and industry development.
