Emergency/Contingency Planning and Managing for Operational Managers

This course is offered in partnership with Energomash International Ltd (EM.I)   Emergency/Contingency Planning and Managing should be treated as cornerstone in each organization as it is dealing with human lives. This course provides the participants with an overview of emergency management and planning methodologies, delivered through a variety of emergency scenarios - using the participant's experience as well. The course includes theoretical sessions combined with special practical training, dealing with events and reactions. It further provides advanced practical tools of emergency preparation and management, as well as construction of a basic emergency plan.
