A position has arisen in Harbin Composite Manufacturing Center (Located in Harbin - China).Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Operations, the job holder will be responsible for all Composite Manufacturing and Planning Operations. In addition, the job holder will be accountable for executing and implementing the business production schedule, ensuring that the production process and procedures are achieved to business targets.People reporting directly: from 60 to 200 at the end of 2013.MAIN ACTIVITIES:- The role will be accountable for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) adherence to standards and achievement of objectives for a defined business operational process.- Add value through operation and Continuous Improvement of an effective Lean based Management System.- Responsible for the development of skills and competencies needed to deploy the manufacturing plan for the area of responsibility and ensuring that this plan is implemented effectively.- Providing and maintaining a safe working environment for the Team and pulls the duty of Health Safety Environment (HSE) training and tooling/machinery risk assessment to his/her team.- The jobholder performs the weekly/monthly planning & scheduling and ensures the Team Leader coaching and the development of a motivated "world class" team that displays a "can do" approach.
