Stress EngineerAn experienced stress engineer with a strong background in aircraft fuselage structural modifications is required by out client in Switzerland.Description/Tasks• Conducts stress analysis of parts and assemblies related to aircraft fuselage structural components, equipment and systems • Prepares Structural Substantiation Reports, Statements, Test Plans and Test Reports of simple designs and their structural integration into Aircrafts • Assists in reviewing of technical drawings. • Receives close supervision and supervises no employees. • Assignments are clearly defined by the Group Leader. • No input in budgetary process.Qualification/Experience• Master or Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and four years work experience as a stress engineer in aviation environment on fuselage modifications• Knowledge of aviation regulations• Solid experience in primary and secondary structures, fixtures • Good knowledge of English. German and/or French would be an advantage • Computer-literate (ability to use MS Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.) Due to governmental regulations only those possessing an EU17 passport with the ability to live and work in Europe will be considered.
