The Position: To develop, evaluate & continuously improve an effective and efficient Process Management & Performance Measurement System - a process and measurement framework for Emirates Group IT based on industry best practises. Maintain a set of related processes and respective measurement framework e.g. COBIT, CMMI, ITIL, & PCMM. Define performance measures, metrics, KPIs and organisation targets as appropriate for all processes Assist Emirates IT teams to adopt and practise the QMS and relevant best practises - through training, coaching, assistance and support Define Organisation Process Improvement Plan on a predefined frequency, estimate and secure budget for resources, tools, automation & external consultancy required to sustain process improvement Set clear and consistent performance objectives, implementing performance management and development plans to ensure standards of performance and productivity are achieved and maintained enabling high performance culture Salary & Benefits:We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund and it has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1="Dh3.66."
