The Position: The job holder will interact directly with dnata Qatar clients whether Retail, Government, Leisure or Corporate and potential clients to provide superior customer service and maintain a consistently high quality of travel services to ensure maximum enquiries are converted into sales of Airline tickets, travel related products and leisure travel products. The job holder will handle complex transactions and advise clients on the finer points of difficult itineraries. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing the client with efficient travel solutions and up to date information. Salary & Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Riyals. This position is based in Doha, Qatar. Experience and Qualifications: University degree in business or related discipline. Minimum of 4 years front line travel experience as a reservation/sales agent. Knowledge of GDS systems Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo. IATA certification. Strong verbal and written English is a must. Spoken Arabic or any other foreign language would be an advantage. Knowledge of world geography and major carrier networks to facilitate quick itinerary planning. Previous experience in designing holiday packages. Interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills. Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. word and excel.
