About this role
Our Client is a well respected and established Airline in Central Canada who is looking for an individual to join their Maintenance department as the Director of Maintenance. This highly demanding role is ideal for someone who has extensive knowledge of CAR`s and will be responsible for liaising with Transport Canada on regulatory and operational matters. This opportunity is a permanent opportunity directly with our clientRequirements:Sound knowledge of CAR`s and will be responsible for liaising with Transport Canada on regulatory and operational matters. Possess strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills to manage the work of maintenance staff and contracted service providers. Have the ability to maintain control under pressure and use professional judgment. Proficient with computer systems. Previous management experience and commercial acumen are required. The ability to deal with both suppliers and customers in an efficient and professional manner.Candidates must hold an AME license( M1 or M2) and a valid driver`s license.The candidate must be able to pass Transport Canada exam requirements and an interview in order to hold the the PRM position in the client`s company.This position is a permanent position directly with our client based in central Canada and comes with an attractive salary package.
