NDT Manager

<p>NDT Manager required to provide management to Non Destructive Test / Early Failure Detection facility. Enabling&nbsp; EASA 145 support to A109, RJ&rsquo;s and external commercial taskings and provide capability for commercial aerospace working &amp; resilience within NDT for current services.&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful candidate must hold Aerospace Level 3 PCN qualifications in multiple NDT disciplines with a background as a fully trained and experienced NDT Technician.&nbsp; Conversant with both military and Civilian aircraft types, EASA and associated documentation and procedures.&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsible for planning and coordinating of department tasking and resources. Provide customers with reliable cost and time estimates (for conducting NDT and EFT elements) in support of the bid process.</p> <p>Ensure that customers&rsquo; requirements for tests and investigations are fully and unambiguously understood and ensure that tests/investigations are carried out in line with laid down test procedures and compliance requirements. &nbsp;</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <p>Integrity of inspection results, Advice on inspection requirements, Design &amp; Approve new procedures and techniques, Approval Certification of NDT Level 1 and 2 staff, Management oversight of all inspection processes, Provision of NDT services, Management of EASA and ASG engineering practices within NDT/EFDC, Management of electronic records and reporting systems.<br /> <br /> This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading supplier into the MoD.&nbsp;</p> <p>Please apply through this advert or call Ewan on 0117 930 9711.</p>
