<p> </p> <p><b>MCC Instructors</b></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Reporting To:</strong> <b>Head of Training (HOT)</b></p> <p><strong>Salary & contract type: (if applicable)</strong></p> <p>24,000 to 26,000 AED per month dependent on experience. All benefits included in this amount. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Business Unit / Department:</strong> AAG Training</p> <p><strong>LOCATION:</strong> <strong>Sharjah, UAE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Purpose:</strong></p> <p>To provide Pilot instruction and training for students during the Basic phase of a GCAA Approved MPL course at the highest level of competence.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key accountabilities & responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>· Responsible for ensuring all instruction given is compliant with current GCAA CAAP 37</p> <p>· Responsible for conducting an accurate and consistent approach to Pilot instruction and assessment which is completed and delivered in accordance with TRTO Training and Operations Manual.</p> <p>· Responsible for reporting on students progress and performance in accordance with the TRTO Training and Operations Manual and informing Head of Training of any failure to achieve the required standard.</p> <p>· Responsible for the confidentiality and security of all GCAA examination papers, Pilot Licences and Pilot Assessment forms whilst under their control (on duty)</p> <p>· Responsible for keeping themselves up to date and current with the latest developments in Human Factors and CRM techniques.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Key skills and knowledge required: (i.e. those required to fulfil role, including qualifications):</p> <p> </p> <p>· Have a valid MCCI(A) Authorisation.</p> <p>· Hold or have held a professional Pilot Licence issued by the GCAA or a foreign licence acceptable to the Authority.</p> <p>· Hold or have held an FI(A) rating.</p> <p>· Have at least 1500 hours flying experience as a Pilot on multi-pilot aeroplanes</p> <p>· Have conducted on a complete MCC course at least 3 hours of flight instruction/MCC instruction on the relevant FNPT11 or flight simulator under the supervision and to the satisfaction of a TRI(A), SFI(A) or MCCI(A) notified by the Authority for this purpose.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Personal attributes:</strong></p> <p> · Must have appropriate experience in aviation and knowledge of the type(s) upon which they will instruct. </p> <p>· The ability to communicate at all levels clearly and concisely</p> <p>· Self motivated, with a flexible approach, organised and empathetic of others abilities.</p> <p>· Able to adapt when necessary their Training styles in order to meet the needs of the student </p> <p>Any additional relevant information:</p> <p> </p> <p>· Preference will be given to candidates with experience of ab-inito pilot training or training for the multi crew pilots licence (MPL)</p> <p> </p> <p>For more information about the company please look at the website. http://www.alphaaviationgroup.com/</p> <p> </p> <p>Please send your application via email to Andrew McKechnie, <a href="mailto:Andrew.McKechnie@eu.alphagroup.aero">by pressing the "Apply Now" button<br /> </a></p>
