About this role

<p>The RM Operations Research Manager works within the Revenue Management department driving continuous improvement of department processes, methods and individual&rsquo;s capabilities within Revenue Management. The role is responsible for ensuring understanding of optimization methods and algorithms used by the Revenue Management and Pricing Systems. He/she will manage and lead the team of Operational Research Specialists review and improve calibration (parameter settings) of Revenue Management Systems.</p> <p><strong>Requirements:-</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education up to degree level in preferably in Operations Research, Mathematics or statistics</li> <li>More than 5 years of total working experience, 3 years of which in a management role preferably in quality control or training driving 6 sigma initiatives</li> <li>Knowledge of process documentation techniques</li> <li>Technical knowledge of Airline Revenue Management systems would be an advantage (e.g. PROS)</li> <li>Good mathematical and/or statistical background</li> <li>Solid simulation method background</li> </ul> <p>*** WIN A BRAND NEW iPad2 - All you have to do is recommend a friend / colleague through your Aeroprofessional profile and you will automatically be entered into our free quarterly prize draw!*** Visit aeroprofessional . com&nbsp;for more details!</p>
