<p><strong>Mechanical Systems Engineer<br /> Stans, Switzerland <br /> </strong><br /> The R&D department is seeking an aeronautical engineer with at least 7 years of experience in the field of airframe/mechanical systems.<br /> <br /> <strong>This challenging position involves:</strong><br /> • Responsibility for one or more of the following mechanical systems: Secondary flight controls, Air conditioning, Oxygen or Hydraulic.<br /> • Development, qualification and certification of mechanical components & systems<br /> • Technical liaison and vendor management with external suppliers of systems and equipment <br /> • Design reviews<br /> • Tracking of technical requirements to FAR/EASA-CS Part 23 regulations via DOORS <br /> • Rig or aircraft ground testing as well as support to flight test and reporting<br /> <strong><br /> For this position you are required to have the following skills and background:</strong><br /> • University Degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering <br /> • Minimum Seven years of experience in aerospace mechanical systems within a development, integration & certification environment <br /> • A specialism in one or more of the above mentioned mechanical systems areas is expected<br /> • Project management skills together with flexibility for multi-tasking activities and proven strong vendor management skills<br /> • Good English is a must, knowledge of German preferable<br /> <br /> For further information please contact Duncan John Richardson, Group Leader Mechanical Systems, +41 41 619 67 77.<br /> <br /> <strong>Application documents to:</strong><br /> Ursula Zimmermann, Human Resources Manager<br /> Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, P.O.
