About this role
<p>Tasks:<br /> - Management of the department and qualification test suspensions<br /> - Maintenance and development of staff<br /> - Planning of tasks and management of resources<br /> - Configuration of the environment and the strategic direction of the Department<br /> - Development of concepts for solving skills-related problems and test<br /> - Responsible for process, methods and techniques of the chassis, including the qualification tests and their further<br /> - Assist with the preparation of offers<br /> <br /> Requirements:<br /> A degree with a major in mechanical engineering, aviation and space technology or similar qualification<br /> - Many years of experience in testing and qualification<br /> - Sound knowledge in the development of landing gear<br /> - Very good command of English<br /> - High leadership<br /> - Structured and analytical way of working<br /> <br /> Candidates must be EU nationals or have EU visa and work permit for Germany<br /> <br /> </p>
