<br /> <p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC)</b> , an Emirates Group associated company, is the world's largest in-flight catering operation providing in-flight catering and support services for airlines from Dubai International Airport. With a workforce of over 6500 multinational employees and four work sites, EKFC has a clientele of 120 airlines and airline hospitality lounges in Dubai International Airport as well as running a large off airport Food and Beverage business. </p><p> </p><p>This position is within the Human Resources Department. </p><p> </p><p><b>Reporting to the Vice President - Human Resources and Development, your responsibilities will include: </b> </p><ul> <li>Developing and implementing the company's compensation and benefits systems, policies and procedures. </li><li>Actively support the attraction, retention and motivation of employees that are competent and capable of meeting the company's needs </li><li>Remuneration benchmarking, interpretation and analysis of market data and provide recommendations for annual salary structure adjustments. </li><li>Preparation and submission of salary survey contributions. </li><li>Implementation of the annual merit cycle administration. </li><li>Implementation of the annual bonus cycle administration. </li><li>Ensure the integrity of all compensation related data. </li><li>Review, develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures ensuring that polices are kept up to date and reflect business needs. </li><li>Responsible for providing advice to staff regarding the interpretation of Human Resources policies and procedures. </li><li>Project, manage the development and implementation of broader Human Resources programs and initiatives designed to meet business needs. </li><li>Assist the Vice President Human Resources with organizational design changes. </li><li>Responsible for ensuring that accurate job description are in place for all positions. </li><li>Responsible for evaluating job descriptions in line with the approved methodology. </li><li>Maintain professional relationships with all levels of colleagues, external consultants and industry contacts. </li> </ul> <p> </p><p><b>Experience & Qualifications:</b> </p><p> </p><ul> <li>Relevant tertiary qualifications. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in a senior compensation and benefits role. </li><li>Proven ability to review and recommend changes to remuneration packages at all levels. </li><li>Experience with job evaluation and the 'Hay' remuneration system. </li><li>Demonstrated understanding of remuneration trends and best practice. </li><li>Proven experience in conducting research, analyzing market data and preparing relevant and providing recommendations for annual salary structure adjustments. </li><li>Strong customer focus and ability to work well with peers and colleagues. </li><li>Commercial acumen. </li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills. </li><li>High standard of verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong numerical, analytical, technical and problem solving skills. </li><li>Experience in using a HR Information System. </li><li>Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel. </li> </ul> <p><b>Salary & Benefits</b>: Salary package will be discussed during the interview to successful candidates. </p> Please click the Apply now button and search for reference:HMBS/AA/20510
