Discover your future! <br /><b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b> </p><ul> <li>To support the Line Manager for management of all Operations Engineering activities concerning fleet operations, aircraft documentations, aircraft performance, operations planning and optimisation, fuel conservation and operating cost optimisation. </li><li>To act as Flight Operations Focal Point for co-ordinating with all relevant department to provide all necessary Operations Engineering support for safe and efficient operations of Emirates aircraft. </li><li>To undertake special programmes/projects such as noise analysis, fuel and emissions reporting, new aircraft / technology evaluation, aircraft and mission analysis, feasibility studies. Identification, development and implementation of new process & procedures, technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency of the department. </li> </ul> <p> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits:</b> </p><p>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund and it has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1="Dh3.66." By viewing the 'Dubai Lifestyle' section in the careers website you can also consider the many benefits of Dubai as a location to live and work in <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b> </p><ul> <li>You must be a Graduate Engineer (Aeronautical Engineer or equivalent professional qualification) with a minimum 5 years in Flight Operations Engineering. </li><li>You must have a proven knowledge of Operations Engineering Procedures of a large Commercial Airline along with a sound knowledge of Aircraft Systems and Aircraft Performance principles and applications. </li><li>A competent user of Manufacturers Operations Engineering Software Applications and a good working knowledge of Aircraft Documentations and JAR-OPS regulations. </li><li>Experience in development and implementation of operational projects and experience of team building and supervision of technical staff. </li> </ul> <p> <br /> <br /><b>To Apply:</b> </p><p>To express your interest in the above vacancy please apply on-line by clicking below, and complete our application form.
