He/she will ensure availability to support agents with customer resolution, and contribute to the planning and improvement of the airport operations. Good knowledge of airport functions in terms of passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance and D.G.R.  Trainings such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations and DGR are desirable.   SENIOR  AIRPORT SERVICES AGENT                                           Applicants must have a minimum of 2-3 years airline work experience for Senior Airport Services Agent position in customer services or passenger handling at the check-in counters and arrival & departure area.  Applicants must have a good knowledge and working experience on DCS, AMADEUS systems; have a pleasing personality and willing to work in shifts. Applicants must possess proficiency in computer applications.   AIRPORT SERVICES AGENT We are looking for Airport Services Agent with natural flair of delivering unforgettable service to all passengers travelling with Qatar Airways at Doha International Airport. This includes the feeling that the journey has been memorable throughout and be able to constantly and consistently meet / surpass the needs of the passengers. Fresh graduate with hospitality background are welcome, as well as applicants with work experience in the field of customer service, hotel and travel industry. Airport experience is an advantage but not necessary. Applicants must have warm, cheerful and expressive personality, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and can generously be patience with different passengers coming from different walks of life.   CHEF de PARTIE The applicant will assist the Sous Chef in planning, managing and developing the entire food production operation and related functions. He/she must have a strong understanding of premium food and beverage product, knowledge of international food and beverage trends, flair for food presentation, an eye for details and must be proactive in discovering and anticipating guest needs. The applicant must be a service/people oriented individual with well-developed interpersonal skills coupled with passion for finest service. He/she must be a diploma holder in Food Production Management, Culinary Arts or equivalent with minimum of 2 years work experience in food production operation in a Five Star hotel/restaurant environment at similar capacity.   <b>HOST/HOSTESS</b> To deliver exceptional service in all the assigned areas and act as ambassador for Qatar Airways; to effectively provide operational support to the Senior Hostess/Host and to assist/ motivate and inspire colleagues ensuring an efficient friendly /courteous "Welcome" or "Welcome Back" to all passengers; and offer continual liaison with them throughout their journey. The applicant must have a Minimum 'A' Level or equivalent with 2 years experience in a Five Star Hotel/Hospitality or Customer Service position.   FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE AGENT To deliver exceptional service in all designated areas of the unit; to effectively provide operational support to the Senior Hostess and to assist, motivate and inspire colleagues ensuring a friendly / courteous "Welcome" or "Welcome Back" to all passengers and offer continual liaison with them throughout their journey at Premium Terminal, while anticipating the needs and to note /record all special request, likes / dislikes of all passengers and to make sure they are carried through. The applicant must have a Minimum 'A' Level or equivalent with 2 years experience in a Five Star Hotel/Hospitality or Customer Service position.
