Discover your future!<b> </b> </p><p><b>The Position</b> </p><ul> <li>To efficiently sell and promote the complete range of dnata products within the territory of Sharjah and Northern Emirates to ensure that dnata receive maximum exposure in the market place, to achieve sales targets by implementing re-designed strategies and exploiting all business opportunities. Assist and support Representative and Partners in effectively marketing and promoting leisure travel products in their respective territories to ensure profitable growth of the department. </li> </ul> <p> </p><p><b>Job Outline</b> </p><ul> <li>Implement and monitor sales strategies in the territory to ensure that the travel trade and travelling public in general are made aware of the existence, variety, competitive prices and quality of dnata products available. Co-ordinate the distribution of quality marketing and promotional collateral and material. </li><li>Plan, organise and conduct training courses, product seminars and workshops for travel consultants of DNATA, retail travel agencies and Representatives to create product awareness. Influence and direct sales teams deployed by the Representatives to ensure that all business opportunities are exploited objectively and effectively. </li><li>Achieve/exceed product sales targets within the Territory, to support the planned growth of the business. </li><li>To achieve agreed sales revenue target by maintaining and developing business/relationships with a major corporates </li><li>To develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives/plans with assigned accounts to increase dnata revenue share. </li><li>To negotiate incentive agreements with airlines and review/assess performance on a quarterly basis. </li><li>To closely monitor area sales performance and recommend action where necessary to maximise revenue. </li><li>To actively visit corporate clients assigned on the required call frequency basis. </li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications and Experience</b> </p><ul> <li>Graduate preferred </li><li>3 years experience in the travel Industry including in a sales and marketing capacity. </li><li>A proven track record, with a pleasing personality and ability to work with a multinational team. </li><li>Ability to work independently within pre-set guidelines and be result oriented. </li><li>Ability to adapte constantly changing markets and to give lear and objective direction to subordinate. </li><li>Success oriented with a proven track record. </li><li>Valid UAE driving licence is essential </li><li>Arabic Language preferable </li> </ul> <p><b>Salary & Benefits</b> </p><ul> <li>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66.
