The airline is an employee-focused company with a commitment to providing staff with excellent working conditions and competitive salaries </p><p> </p><p>In July 2012, Emirates will commence a daily service from Lisbon to Dubai. </p><p> </p><p><b></b> </p><p><b>Cargo Agent (m/f) </b> </p><p>Based at Lisbon International Airport, you will be dedicated to offering an outstanding level of customer service, be responsible for answering and dealing with customer queries, whilst ensuring all cargo reservations are entered into the system correctly. </p><p>With excellent attention to detail, you will co-ordinate transport requirements for cargo bookings and ensure all post-flight details are relayed to customers promptly. </p><p><b>Experience and Qualifications: </b> </p><p>With a basic knowledge of Cargo reservations and operations, you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have a pleasant telephone manner. You will have a high level of attention to detail and have good knowledge of airline computerized reservations systems.
