The airline is an employee-focused company with a commitment to providing staff with excellent working conditions and competitive salaries. </p><p>In July 2012, Emirates will commence a daily service from Lisbon to Dubai. </p><p><b>Airport Services Officer (m/f)</b> </p><p>Based at Lisbon International Airport, you will be responsible for ensuring that the service offered by the Emirates' Ground Handling Agent is efficient, professional and of the highest possible standards and that flight punctuality is maintained without compromising safety or security. You will be active in effective co-ordination with all internal and external departments such as Handling Agent, other airlines and various authorities at the airport and will manage and supervise staff on duty ensuring that the relevant areas of the operation are fully covered. You will also assume responsibility for running the Station when the Airport Services Manager is not on duty. </p><p> </p><p><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b> </p><p>With a good level of secondary education, you must have completed advanced level training courses in Passenger Services, Ground Operations and Weight and Balance. You will have extensive experience of airport ground services, including a previous experience in a supervisory position. You will also have a good working knowledge of reservations, fares and ticketing and be able to demonstrate proven administration and organisational skills.
