Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b> </p><p>Act as the Global single point of contact for IT for all dnata International companies, building strong and effective relationship with senior business managers and responsible for overall provision of IT support and service. In this role, be part of the leadership teams of dnata International to not only contribute on IT matters but also help shape business strategy and direction. </p><p>Manage the complexity and challenge of balancing the IT demands of a myriad set of globally dispersed stakeholders with the need to leverage synergies and optimize IT services across the Emirates Group. Define the annual IT work programme and budgets for dnata International entities based on customer needs and the direction from Portfolio Management. Negotiate and agree the work programme with senior business managers and ensure that details of the final approved work programme are fed back to Portfolio Management. </p><p>Liaison with globally dispersed set of IT teams and/or IT suppliers to directly deliver local IT support, service and provision local IT business applications as per the agreed IT work programme and overall responsibility for managing the Talent development processes of IT staff across dnata international entities including any global rotation and training opportunities to develop and retain our best IT people. </p><p> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits:</b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund and it has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1="Dh3.66."
