The commercial Projects Coordinator will be responsible for the compilation and submission of Commercial Project Proposals as well as having ownership of completing the full cost Models. <br /> <br />Tender Specialist will be responsible for the completion and support for the senior management review presentations along with supporting the commercial leader as required. <br /> <br />Coordinate cross functionally and regionally to obtain information to facilitate a quality proposal response as well as carry out contractual reviews to ensure validity of contract and any necessary rate escalations. <br /> <br />You will schedule kick-off meetings and require project meetings along with working with risk management tools identifying contractual, legal and commercial risk. <br /> <br />Tender specialist will maintain the contract database along with meeting with customers and participating in negotiations on commercial proposals and document control. <br /> <br />Strong oral and written communication skills, along with a good understanding of cost control, pricing and margins. <br /> <br />Please apply accordingly for immediate consideration.
