The role is initially a 3 - 6 month contract. As a design engineer for this organisation you will use Solidworks for component and assembly design from concept to production, producing designs to meet the agreed requirements. You will also revise and amend existing designs and drawings to meet new requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />The design engineer must have experience using Solidworks - Other design packages may also be considered but must be transferrable to Solidworks. Engineering draughting experience for detail components and assemblies and experience of drawing issue control using PDM. <br /> <br /> <br />COMPANY INFORMATION <br /> <br />My client is a leading engineering consultancy that is currently experiencing a huge period of capability growth.
