<img src="http://counter.adcourier.com/RW1tYS5Cb25laGlsbC44ODMwNi40MjRAcmVzb3VyY2Vncm91cC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif" /><br />J3895 <br /> <br />Manufacturing Systems Engineering Team Leader - Aerospace <br /> <br />Hampshire <br /> <br />£35,000 - £45,000 subject to experience <br /> <br />This leading aerospace company specialises in the design & manufacturing of aircraft electronics is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineering Team Leader to be responsible for specifying, designing, realising and improving new and existing manufacturing solutions. <br /> <br />Key duties include: <br />*Leading the team in value stream mapping, kaizen, six sigma and SPC control. <br />*Accountable for KPI / statistics in terms of manufacturing system development status. <br />*Technical capability, knowledge management and configuration management tools of the team. <br />*Continued development and improvement in process automation. <br />*Input into MRP system of routings and standards. <br />*Accountable for the new product introduction process <br /> <br />This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Systems Engineering Team Leader with experience in electro-mechanical and electronic design and assembly techniques in Aerospace. <br /> <br />The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of MRP, SAP and CAD software, have a degree / HND in Mechanical or Manufacturing Systems Engineering or equivalent and extensive hands on experience gained in high-mix, low-volume, high-value industry, with substantial experience in a supervisory role.
