Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position: </b>Design, development and Management of the RO systems to ensure optimal use of inventory for maximising passenger revenue. Manage system parameters and forecasts, develop business specifications for new systems, and manage the implementation after testing. Analyse data and produce crucial reports required by senior management to complement commercial objectives. <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. By viewing the 'Dubai Lifestyle' section in the site you can also consider the benefits of Dubai as a location to live and work in. <br /> <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b> </p><ul> <li>A University degree in Computer Science, O.R. or an equivalent degree with a strong background in Mathematics. </li><li>6 years experience in the airline or a related industry. </li><li>Should have experience in revenue analysis in context of the Airline Business or forecasting/financial analysis and in developing business requirement specifications. </li><li>Thorough knowledge in handling Databases and programming in MS query language is preferred. </li><li>Thorough knowledge of the functioning of the following systems MARS, MACS, GDS, PROS, PROMIS, CVIEW, SPACE, RAPID, REVENUE PLANNING SYSTEM, FOCUS. </li><li>Must be thoroughly proficient with MS access programming, advanced spreadsheet techniques and presentation graphics. </li><li>Familiarity with best practices in web-based marketing is essential. </li><li>Specific knowledge of the airline industry and its global distribution channels, including an understanding of the internet, e-commerce, direct sales and marketing.
