About this role
<p>YLAC is a small company with big ambitions of making aircraft ownership more user-friendly, demonstrating the pleasure and utility of flying to a much wider audience.</p> <p> We are a UK ANO A1 Approved company and currently have a vacancy for a Chief Engineer, initially part-time for a one year contract, but with a strong commitment to a long-term relationship. The successful candidate must have experience of certification, ideally to BCAR Section S or CS-VLA, and be able independently to deal with continued airworthiness issues and process approval of major and minor aircraft modifications.</p> <p> Most importantly, he or she will be a <b>‘can do’</b> individual, with the ability to build <b> working relationships</b> across cultural and linguistic divides, and have an <b> interest in light aviation</b> .
