Principal Project Procurement Officer

<img src="http://counter.adcourier.com/SmFtZXMuYi4xMTc1Mi40MjRAcmVzb3VyY2Vncm91cC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif" /><br />I am currently representing a client who is recruiting an experienced Project Procurement Officer with strong automotive and electro-mechanical experience to develop and implement effective procurement strategies and procedures so materials and services are procured promptly and to cost and quality standards. <br /> <br />Key Accountabilities: <br />*Develop and implement procurement strategies for each project <br />*Develop the supply chain to meet the evolving nature of the business <br />*Develop and implement make v buy strategies <br />*Negotiate supplier agreements <br />*Develop and maintain pricing models <br /> <br />The successful Principal Project Procurement Officer will have significant experience in a similar position within the consumer electronics or automotive sector. They will be a strong analyst with proven negotiation skills and will have a good understanding of electro-mechanical engineering.
