They will be an expert in the management of cost, quality, supply chain and supplier management. They will have strong automotive and electro-mechanical experience and will be supporting new product development. <br /> <br />Key Accountabilities: <br />*Develop and implement project procurement strategies <br />*Negotiate lowest total cost for parts and subassemblies <br />*Manage suppliers <br />*Develop and construct a range of supplier contract and service level agreements <br />*Supply Chain Developments <br /> <br />The successful Commodity Leader will have significant experience in a similar purchasing or procurement position within the consumer electronics or automotive sector. They will be a strong analyst with proven negotiation skills and will have a good understanding of electro-mechanical engineering. They will have strong negotiation skills and a proven record of managing multiple projects.
