About this role
<p>Atkins Aerospace is a progressive and rapidly expanding part of the Atkins group of business. We provide high end technical and project management services to the prime aerospace companies. We are a strategic supplier to both Rolls-Royce and Airbus UK, and as such we are involved in some of the most challenging and exciting aerospace projects in the world: <strong>Joint Strike Fighter; A380; A350; A400M; A320; Trent 1000</strong>. We are now seeking the right individuals to join our growing aerospace team in Bristol. The position of Aerospace Design Engineer is ideally suited to people with sufficient and appropriate engineering design experience. You will be given the opportunity to provide high quality technical input to our aerospace design projects, spanning both aero-structures, and aero-engines. In return we can offer career development, an empowered and supportive working environment and competitive reward package. </p> <p><strong>The requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>You will be Degree qualified in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (or possess suitable experience in lieu of a degree). You will also have significant and appropriate engineering experience in conceptual and detail design of aircraft primary structures or experience from similar industries.
