Discover your future! <br /> <br /> <br /><b>The Position:</b> To deliver high impact competency based training programmes that inspire and prepare a multinational audience within the Emirates Group, and third parties where applicable in line with Service Delivery and Corporate objectives and business plans incorporating best working practices. <br /> <br /><b>Job Outline </b> </p><ul> <li>To assist the Training Specialists with the design and development of customer oriented training programmes which continue to meet Service Delivery and corporate objectives. </li><li>To conduct and facilitate as the lead classroom instructor any of the following training programmes for Image & Uniform for both Cabin Crew as well as dnata, EK Airport Services and outstations. </li><li>Advance preparation and organization of course materials, training aids and equipment for assigned course programmes. This being essential in the maintaining of a professional image and the delivering of a professional product to the Trainees. </li><li>Monitor, guide and counsel trainees on their performance as well as assign part-time trainers, in a mentoring role, to support the individual learning process. <br />Produce confidential reports and provide feedback to students regarding their professional image, and where required, meet with students on an individual basis to provide guidance and document follow up reports to support the individual student learning and career development. </li><li>To support the Training Specialists in the on going guidance of a team of part time cabin crew trainers on course content, delivery style and classroom dynamics. Provide regular feedback on individual part time instructor performance in line with performance management objectives. </li><li>To support Training Specialists in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) and where required, adapt and improve training course material to meet the diverse learning styles of a multi-national audience whilst still working within the established Service Delivery Cabin Crew Training mandate. </li><li>To provide on-line support through the Cabin Crew portal to cabin crew using e-learning modules for continued professional development. <br />Participate in project work as required and carry out specific tasks as assigned by the Training Specialists to ensure best working practices are implemented and/or maintained. </li><li>Attend and supervise photo shoots to ensure that the appropriate uniform standards and image are displayed. </li> </ul> <p><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. By viewing the 'Dubai Lifestyle' section in the site you can also consider the benefits of Dubai as a location to live and work in. <br /> <br /> <br /><b>Essential Qualifications/Experience:-</b> </p><ul> <li>12 years schooling or equivalent plus 5 years work experience in related industry or in Graduate plus 2 years work experience in related industry, e.g. other airline. </li><li>Minimum 1 years? experience within a Training role. </li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Qualifications/Experience:- </b> </p><ul> <li>Successful completion of Train the Trainer Programme. </li><li>City & Guilds or other accredited International Certificate in Training Skills </li><li>Completion of one or more of self-study module(s) relating to Coaching or providing feedback. </li> </ul> <p><b>Additional role specific Experience and Qualifications:-</b> </p><ul> <li>Recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy (skin care or/ and Make-up), Hair styling and colouring, Image Consultancy and or Fitness and Nutrition. </li><li>Relevant job experience in a Beauty Therapy (skin care and/or make-up/Nutrition/Fitness/Hairdressing environment. </li><li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products. </li><li>High standard of written and spoken English and high level interpersonal skills. </li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Additional Experience:-</b> </p><ul> <li>Experience as Cabin crew an advantage. </li><li>Proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision. </li> </ul> <p><b>To Apply: </b>To express your interest in the above vacancy please apply on-line by clicking below, and complete our application form.
