Discover your future! <br /> <br /><b>The Position:</b> The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day managing and production of the Paintshop, ensuring that aircraft components received in the shop are maintained, protected, painted and then redelivered to the aircraft or parent shop (overall workshops) in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM), Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Component Maintenance Manual, (CMM) Structural Repair Manual (SRM) in the agreed Turnaround Time (TRT) to ensure timely released of the aircraft and optimize inventory. Restoring the gloss level of the aircraft appearance of all painting activities within maintenance hangars by evaluating and improving the appearance of the aircraft exterior and interior. <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund and it has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1="Dh3.66." Vocational or Diploma (12 2 or equivalent). <br />? Must be a holder of company approval for aircraft or aircraft component painting. <br />? Must have served an Engineering Apprenticeship in an airline or approved Mainteneance organization with quivalent formal training And must have completed aircraft paint training from a recognized and approved organization, specializing in aircraft paint products and processes. <br />? 8 yrs post apprenticeship experience.
