About this role
TS Engineer will be: Responsible to supervisor and install, maintain and support User-end devices such as Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Data and Voice Network, etc.ensuring quality service is provided to Qatar Airways and its Subsidiary organizations to achieve their business objectives. To supervise and install, upgrade, maintain and support UNIX, Linux, Windows Operating systems and Enterprise Storage Systems to keep up with the latest technology. To supervise and install, upgrade maintain and support IT security systems such as CCTV,Access Control Systems,etc.ensuring security standards are maintained as per laid down by company policies. To Supervise and install,upgrade,maintain and support user-end software products,anti-virus products, tools etc as and when required to keep up the systems along with the latest technology. To Supervise the IT Stores including Asset registering, tracking vendor maintenance from purchase to end of life cycle. Ensure that Process and Procedures are followed as per ITIL standards for IT Services and Support across all platforms. Locate assets and Determine whether they are still in use .If they are not being utilized, indicated whether they can be reallocated or if they should be rendered obsolete. To be successful in this role you should be a Graduate in Computers/engineering/Diploma or equivalent Certification Course in CCNA/CCNP/MCP or MCSE.3+ years experience IN Desktops, Laptops, Printers, CISCO Products such as Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers and IPS/IDS.
