About this role

<p>The Maintrol Engineer reporting to Maintrol Manager, will be responsible for providing Engineering and Operational support to Engineers and Mechanics located at the Company's bases throughout the UK and Europe.</p> <p>In this critical role, you will work closely with our Station Engineers, Defect Analysis Engineers, Operations Teams and Aircrew to co-ordinate the maintenance of aircraft. This growing team plays a pivotal role at the centre of our expanding flying operations, ensuring the serviceability of aircraft to deliver our flying programme on time. Day to day management of line maintenance on our fleets will be a large part of your role, as well as liaising with 3rd parties for the recovery of any aircraft down-route.</p> <p>To be successful in this role you will be EASA B2 qualified and ideally hold current approvals on Boeing 737 and 757 aircraft types. Your extensive experience working in a line maintenance role will shine through, and leadership in your previous or current role is preferred. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail will be key factors in the success of any candidate moving into this pivotal position. Due to the nature of our industry you will work to a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.</p> <p>In return, the company offers an excellent salary and benefits package with fantastic opportunities for progression in a growing business.
