<img src="http://counter.adcourier.com/a2VpdGh3LjUyNzg0LjQyNEByZXNvdXJjZWdyb3VwLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif" /><br />Senior Aerospace Systems Engineer <br />Salary circa 90,000 - 100,000CHF <br /> <br />We are currently seeking a Senior Aerospace Systems Engineer for a permanent role for a client that is a class leading aerospace systems manufacturer in Switzerland. <br />The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing the requirements of our customer into a systems design. This systems design will be composed of different sub-systems including multiple sensors and electronic units (hardware and software) for aerospace applications. <br /> <br />This role involves full project life cycle experience from planning, through systems definition (including sensors and electronic units requirements definition), high level design, systems integration and validation tests, to certification of the product within project targets and deadlines. <br /> <br />Your profile <br />Graduated in Electronics Engineering or equivalent <br />Good working level required in English (French is a strong asset) <br />Strong aerospace background: a minimum of 10 years of aerospace systems development with hardware and real time embedded software experience <br />Knowledge of aerospace standards ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-160 (DO-254, DO-178B are a strong asset) <br />Experience of systems integration in harsh environment (including environmental qualification) <br />Experience in systems certification for Certification Authorities (e.g. EASA, FAA) <br />Knowledge of safety analysis is an asset <br />Knowledge of communication bus is an asset <br />Disciplined and rigorous approach to requirements management and ability to ask challenging questions about the requirements and architecture of the systems at each level of the hierarchy <br />Ability to write integration and verification plans, define detailed test procedures and demonstrate effective management of systems verification <br />Ability to lead a team, to work in teams and to negotiate with customers on a technical level. <br />French language skills an advantage. <br /> <br />EU Citizens only
