It’s the basic promise that keeps air travel viable. So we don’t take any chances. Our team of experts works behind the scenes to ensure that passengers don’t give what we do a second thought.</p> <p> </p> <p>We thrive in some of the world’s busiest airports. We know you expect a seamless experience from check-in to baggage delivery and our job is to ensure we deliver just that in the 21 airports we operate.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cargo</p> <p> </p> <p>Our cargo operation spans three continents and handles 4,766 tons of cargo a day (about the weight of an elephant every minute.) And we’re innovating everywhere we do business. Handheld scanners let us track shipments in real time to manage ‘paperless’ aircraft turnarounds. Such advances mean that in some locations we can process express cargo in under an hour. Handling perishable goods, from flowers to food, are part of our daily life. Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br /> The Position:</b> The job holder is fully responsible for the execution of mergers, acquisitions and disposals within the dnata Group and for the provision of the full range of financial support to dnata’s international business. This includes management accounting, financial analysis and decision-support, and liaising with Corporate Treasury department in respect of taxation, funding and cash management. <br /> </p> <p>The job holder will in effect be a ‘de facto’ CFO of dnata’s international companies. <br /> <br /> <br /> <b>Salary & Benefits:</b> We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE.</p> <p><strong>Experience and Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree or Honours (12 +3 or equivalent), plus a relevant post-graduate professional finance qualification.</li> <li>12 + years experience in a multi-national organisation.</li> <li>In depth expertise in merger and acquisition at a senior level with experience of at least five successful mid-sized merger and acquisition transactions (US$ 100-500 million) on the buy side</li> </ul>
