Discover your future! <b> <br /></b><b></b> </p><p><b>Job Outline:</b> <b> <br /></b> </p><ul> <li>Reporting to Maintenance Manager- Pakistan , you will carry out maintenance and certification on company B777 & A330 aircraft (including cabin maintenance) to ensure best possible standards for all systems and passenger facility. </li><li>Liaise with MCC and other concerned parties in the event of defects affecting the dispatch of the aircraft. Accountable for a safe and on time dispatch of the flight. </li><li>Supervise mechanics and technicians and all aspects of servicing, defect rectification and maintenance carried out on aircraft. </li><li>Take all necessary measures to ensure safety of personal working in the vicinity of the aircraft and prevent damage to the aircraft and or its equipment. </li><li>Assist with administration of the station including: materials handling, equipment servicing, reporting processes, rostering and other associated duties. </li><li>Responsible for conducting performance reviews for staff under their direct control through the application of the performance matters system. Deficiencies or inability to meet objectives/competencies must be highlighted during interim reviews conducted and an agree course of action implemented to improve /correct any issues identified. </li><li>Ensuring action and development plans are in place to address any areas of concern </li><li>Be available to be deployed any where throughout the EK operation including diversionary airfields to assist in the recovery process of AOG and/0r relief duties at other outstation. </li><li>Must be available to assume duties and responsibilities of station maintenance manager whenever delegated by the section manager. </li> </ul> <p><b>Salary & Benefits:</b>We offer our employee's competitive remuneration packages, attractive travel benefits, and career development supported by multi-million dollar training facilities in Dubai, and e-Learning programmes for those seeking a long-term future in the Company. </p><p> <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b> </p><ul> <li>Must have served an approved apprenticeship with an airline / approved organisation or have received equivalent formal training. </li><li>A minimum of 10 years aviation experience of which at least 5 years as a certifying Engineer. Thorough job knowledge covering all aspects of aircraft maintenance practice and procedures. </li><li>Must be fully familiar with legislative and legal matters relating to the safe and airworthy operation and maintenance of aircraft to international standards. </li><li>A valid ICAO type II license / JAR66/ GCAA type rated in at least two types of company aircrafts with the applicable approvals. </li><li>Must have A330/B777 aircraft License / approval. </li> </ul> <p> <br /><b>Must have the right to work and live in Pakistan while the position is based in Lahore.
