Discover your future! <br /><b> <br />The Position: </b>Based at Addis Ababa International Airport, you will ensure that ground handling agent and other service suppliers are fully briefed regarding Emirates requirements and that the expected level of service to Emirates passengers is provided in a timely and efficient manner. You will deal with delays, disruptions and excess baggage, control catering uplifts and expenditure on meals and accommodation for transferred or delayed passengers and supervise staff on duty, ensuring that the relevant areas of the operation are fully covered. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all post flight activities are completed correctly and undertake ticketing/reservation duties at the ticket desk. </p><p>You must have the right to live and work in Ethiopia. <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits: </b> </p><p>We offer our employee's competitive remuneration packages, attractive travel benefits, and career development supported by multi-million dollar training facilities in Dubai, and e-Learning programmes for those seeking a long-term future in the Company. <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications: </b> </p><ul> <li>Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent. </li><li>Minimum 5 years experience in Airport Ground Handling, with at least 2 years experience as a senior station assistant and with proven ability or aptitude to lead a team. </li><li>Should have successfully completed the relevant professional training such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Cargo, Weight and Balance and Reservations and Ticketing. </li><li>Proficiency in Passenger Handling Procedures and operation of the Departure Control System. </li><li>Excellent communication skills in English </li><li>Computer Literate </li> </ul> <p><b>To Apply: </b>To express your interest in the above vacancy please apply on-line by clicking below, and complete our application form.
