About this role
<p>The Officer Systems is responsible for the systems at the Privilege club and Customer Loyalty department, Qatar Airways loyalty and air miles scheme. The officer will ensure that Privilege Club systems maintain a user friendly standard which integrates with all the business requirements while maintaining a high standard of quality database. This role will effectively support, plan, identify and analyze all system changes and ensure healthy and secure functioning of off the FFP systems while keeping abreast with latest technology</p> <p> </p> <p>The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:<br />- 2 + years in supporting loyalty systems<br />- Knowledge of web interface and network monitoring tools<br />- Monitoring Oracle data servers and generate SQL reports on Oracle<br />- Systems Administration/System engineer certification in Microsoft will be preferred<br />- Problem solving and analytical skills</p> <p> </p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to play a key part in delivering high level of mileage tracking to meet the department's goal and build in the success story of a 5 star airline.</p> <p> </p> <p>About Qatar Airways<br />As the Middle East's only 5-star airline and one of the world's fastest growing carriers, Qatar Airways is dedicated to excellence in safety and customer service in the air and on the ground.
