Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position: </b>To support the ongoing development and implementation of Skywards, Emirates' Frequent Flyer Programme and its related activities, including communications, events, monitoring of KPIs, the competition and the industry. <br /> <br /><b>Job Outline: </b> </p><ul> <li>Work with Skywards Programmes Managers to research and develop new promotions/communication methods, in order to ensure the programme stays innovative, exceeds customer expectations and is used for benchmarking in the industry. </li><li>Manage day-to-day co-ordination with key stakeholder departments across the airline to ensure deployment of programme benefits and offers, develop related processes, training and communications for members. </li><li>Monitor EK outstation activities and support EK them in maximising use of the Skywards programme and data. </li><li>Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on other loyalty programmes, monitor industry trends and ensure distribution of the information to internal stakeholders. </li><li>Monitor internal performance measures to ensure programme deliverables are on track or that corrective action is taken accordingly. </li><li>Work with Skywards` PM to develop, execute and monitor the annual member engagement and events calendar by: <ul> <li>Managing the communication process (statements, newsletters, email etc.) to ensure member recognition and regular communication of programme benefits and offers. </li><li>Supporting Skywards events, PR and member interaction for all Emirates sponsorships, working with Corporate Communications Event Managers and outstations where relevant. </li> </ul></li> </ul> <p><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. A good creative and lateral thinker. Self motivated, proactive and highly organised. </li><li>Adaptable and able to work in different situations and roles and as part of a team. </li><li>Ability to assimilate, interpret and communicate information quickly and effectively. </li><li>Proven ability to work independently with minimum amount of supervision.
