Senior Head of Cabin Crew Recruitment

Due to rapid expansion, our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Head of Recruitment to join their growing team.</p> <p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <p>The role will be suited to a high level and knowledgeable Senior Recruitment specialist with experience in high volume and ramp up recruitment initiatives. You will lead and manage the global cabin crew recruitment needs through effective planning, strategy development and implementation. Interact regularly with all levels of management within the organization and report directly to the Vice President, as well as negotiating and developing third party relationships to drive overall recruitment initiatives. The purpose of the role is to manage the internal cabin crew recruitment function and understand the guest and cabin services department requirements, identify top talent for the growth of the company and create exceptional career opportunities.</p> <p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p> <p>Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Companies cabin crew manpower requirements are met in a cost-effective manner. Facilitating liaison with appropriate management teams to develop competency measures that span recruitment and development initiatives, design and conduct assessment centres. Develop and implement an aggressive recruitment plan to target markets using a variety of methods</p> <p><b>Requirements:</b></p> <p>The incumbent must be a dynamic and career oriented individual with a passion for recruitment. You must have a minimum of 10 years experience in HR and recruitment, having specialised in recruitment best practises, in a large multinational organization, delivering on recruitment planning and processes, with proven ability of handling multiple major projects or issues.</p> <p>In addition to above you are also required to have the following:</p> <p>Educated at degree level and 5 years experience at Senior Management level or equivalent</p> <p>Certified Psychometric qualification highly desirable, along with experience in assessment centre development</p> <p>Must have exceptional experience in high volume and ramp up recruitment</p> <p>Have demonstrated implementation of policies and procedures and provided an education process to disseminate them to ensure they are effectively applied.</p> <p>To apply for this position please send your CV to jobs@recruitappoint.co.uk</p>
