Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b> </p><p><b>1. JOB PURPOSE <br /></b>To ensure the delivery of a consistently high level product for EK premium customers and that the service suppliers provide the expected level of service. </p><p> <br /><b>2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES <br /></b>a) Ensure Premium passengers are provided with the highest level of customer service at all times. <br />b) Greet passengers as they enter the Lounge and introduce them to all aspects of the Lounge product, advising them of all available services and offering assistance where required to maintain customer loyalty. <br />c) Liaise with service providers and supervise contracted staff, overseeing catering, cleaning and maintenance operations, so that service standards are met and maintained. <br />d) Assist operational staff in a proactive manner, to ensure passenger needs are met by undertaking seat changes, issuing of boarding cards, check-in of transit passengers, and reservation changes. <br />e) Keep all passengers in the lounge informed regarding their fight departure and any other information pertaining to their flight. <br />f) Assist with expeditious and accurate completion of all reports & statistical data, and recording inwards goods and confirmation of invoices.
