About this role
<p> Qatar Executive is the business jet charter operation of Qatar Airways operating a young fleet of Bombardier Challenger 605 and Global aircraft from our base in Doha, Qatar. </p> <p> </p> <p> We require a specialist who will be responsible for ensuring that QE aircraft are in compliance with all required airworthiness regulations, assess Service Bulletins and plan work packages to ensure high levels of dispatch availability and reliability. </p> <p> </p> <p> Key accountabilities include: </p> <p> <br />Forecasting, preparing and administering maintenance tasks and checks for both base and line maintenance activities; reviewing documentation to ensure completeness and up-dating records accordingly; ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest standards and safety in the most productive and cost effective manner. </p> <p> The successful candidate must be a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with at least 5 years practical experience ideally with 3 years working in aircraft engineering and/or planning role, preferably with a corporate, regional or charter operator.
