Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b> </p><ul> <li> Provide comprehensive sales support to the Christchurch Sales dept and support the travel trade within the South Island region for all sales related activities. </li><li> The position is responsible for handling trade and direct customer enquires and ensuring all enquiries are dealt with or ownership is established within the Sales organisation. Drafting response letters to general commercial correspondence, redirect correspondence to relevant departments or sales sections where appropriate is also required. </li><li> Part of the role will require the provision of regular reports from Commercial sales systems including One network and target.com, as required by Regional Manager New Zealand for forward booking and revenue performance analysis. Collate and provide MI as available provide as required. </li><li> When it is necessary, organising sales functions and travel shows within CHC sales territory. </li><li> Handling of all group requests from South island agents, providing group quotes, following up on group leads and facilitating group payment and ticketing as required. </li><li> Activities must be undertaken in a manner which protects the Emirates image, revenue stream and increases sales opportunities <br /> </li> </ul><b></b> <p> <b>Salary & Benefits:</b> </p><p> We offer our employee's competitive remuneration packages, attractive travel benefits, and career development supported by multi-million dollar training facilities in Dubai, and e-Learning programmes for those seeking a long-term future in the Company. <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b> </p><ul> <li> Minimum 3 years in airline sales support role or similar airline commercial role. </li><li> Working knowledge of Corporate, Leisure and Consolidator markets. </li><li> Skilled use of Microsoft packages, EK-SELL-i, C-View, FOCUS, SPACE, MARS, MIDT. </li><li> Good knowledge of Airfares and Ticketing. </li><li> Good reservations skills. </li><li> A sound knowledge of the regional travel trade <br /> </li> </ul> <p> Must have the right to work and live in New Zealand.
