Up to 90 guests are catered for in 40 free-standing suites each with private swimming pool and a main homestead with luxury facilities and stand-alone Timeless Spa. </p><p> One of the world's few resorts neighbouring a World Heritage Site, the Wolgan Valley project is the living embodiment of Emirates' dedication to conservation, aimed to ensure the protection of endangered Australian wildlife. </p><p><b>The Position:</b> </p><p>Oversee and manage the service delivery of guests individual Food and Beverage experience, in accordance with the set standards and procedures as instructed / specified by the Executive Chef / F&B Manager and Wolgan Valley Policies. This will require the job holder to co-ordinate between the guests specific requirements and the areas of production, (chefs, kitchen, beverage services), in fulfilling menu and dining requirements. To display and present to guests a professional working knowledge of: Food preparation techniques and methods, product knowledge of the resorts cellar of wines, cheeses, desserts, and the serving etiquette for these products, according to The Leading Hotels of the World's service standards. </p><p><b>Job Outline:</b> </p><ul> <li>In addition to knowledge of waiter services within the restaurant setting, the job holder must be capable of delivering the range of Food and Beverage services offered via In suite dining, spa, pool, and personal guest preferences. </li><li>To prepare all restaurant areas at start of shift, ensuring necessary table set-up is completed, mise-en-place is correctly set, all dining accessories and laundry are procured from stores thereby providing a quality, detailed and smooth service. </li><li>To provide a range of restaurant service standards, from fine dining procedures, to other specialised table-services, including set menu courses, degustation menus, in suite dining and specialised breakfast preparation. </li><li>To provide a pro-active, alert and anticipatory approach to customer needs, ensuring that a knowledge of menu preparation methods, food products and ingredients, and presentation is at all times conveyed to the guests. To resolve all minor complaints related to food and beverage. </li><li>Participate in ensuring the guests experience is memorable by participating in restaurant and food service activities, as required, within your scope of responsibilities. </li> </ul> <p><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer our employees competitive remuneration packages, as well as access to fully furnished accommodation. Minimum of 3 yrs Food and Beverage experience in a 5-Star Hotel or recognised establishment. A thorough knowledge of food service styles and techniques, menu preparation and specialised food orders of service is required. A thorough knowledge of international wines, categories, ageing, and vintage is required, with a good knowledge of all hard liquor, wines, mixes/cocktails. Job must be fluent in written and spoken English, with other languages an advantage. Should be self organised and punctual with a professional well groomed appearance. </p><p><b>Must have the legal right to work and live in Australia.
