Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b> </p><p>As an integral part of the Emirates Group Safety Management System, the Lead Safety Auditor will plan, conduct and report safety audits. The Lead Safety Auditor will lead audit teams, assess and report on safety compliance, and assist in the development of corrective actions and recommendations. With specialised knowledge of aviation safety, operational processes and systems, the Lead Safety Auditor will advise on best industry practice s for safe operation. <br /> <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits:</b> </p><p>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. By viewing the 'Dubai Lifestyle' section in the site you can also consider the benefits of Dubai as a location to live and work in. <br /> <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b> </p><ul> <li>University degree in a relevant discipline with 5 years operational / technical aviation safety / audit management experience. </li><li>A recognised auditor / lead auditor qualification. </li> </ul> <p><b>Desirable requirements</b> </p><ul> <li>Safety management qualification or training. </li><li>Completion of IOSA / ISAGO auditor training. </li><li>Business Process Mapping / Project Management experience. </li><li>Proven knowledge and track record in leadership, negotiation and communication skills. </li><li>Accident / Incident investigation training and / or experience. </li><li>Experience with various QMS / SMS and event reporting systems. <br /> <br /><b></b></li> </ul> <p><b>To Apply:</b> </p><p>To express your interest in the above vacancy please apply on-line by clicking below, and complete our application form.
