About this role
Qatar Aviation Services, a subsidiary of Qatar Airways, one of the world's fastest growing airlines with an expanding route network covering the Middle East, Far East, Africa, Asia and Europe, is responsible for providing the ground handling services and support at Doha International Airport. In order to provide our customers with outstanding level of service.<br />The selected candidate will be responsible for a Team of 7 continually growing year on year. Their role will be to liaise with and support the business needs of Qatar Aviation Services (QAS), to identify gaps, create and deliver a training and development plan aligned to the business plan and the training needs of all employees at all levels within QAS.<br /> <br />He/She should ensure the highest standards of planning, delivery, design and development are delivered. Be a central point of contact for all department managers for consultancy support and advice relating to training needs. Ensure all training is aligned with current legislation, changes and amendments that are requested.<br /> <br />Qualifications<br />. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.<br />. Recognized training qualifications desirable.<br /> <br />Experience<br />. A minimum 07 years ground handling training experience, preferably in a multicultural environment<br />. Proven training design and delivery skills up to executive level<br />. Experience of working within a multicultural environment<br />. Understanding of training processes, planning and budget management<br />. Proven experience of demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business<br />. Proven experience in health and safety management in the workplace<br />.
