Discover your future! </p><p> </p><p>Calogi is a neutral trade portal solution for the worldwide air cargo supply chain, offering an affordable solution for the local and global air cargo community. Designed to support IATA E-Freight and Cargo2000,Calogi has it's own independent management structure, headquartered in Dubai UAE. A successful model of the portal is currently running within the Dubai Air Cargo Community enabling over 1000 subscribers to electronically manage over 65% of the their total total Dubai air cargo import and export business </p><p> </p><p><b>The Position: </b>Provide comprehensive support to Calogi users and the Calogi Call Centre on a continuous basis. Prepare user requirements documents, test packs and conduct user acceptance tests. Analyze, interpret and evaluate data for trends and make recommendations for required action and improvements. Create and execute test plans ensuring that the Calogi environment is set up correctly in order to carry out the test case execution. Determine the testing mandate, define the scope and capture test results. Manage the bug fixes identified during User Acceptance Testing through to completion. Track monitor and report as necessary. Support the implementation and roll out of system enhancements. Facilitate the effective usage of the system in the customer areas. Intitiate IT downloads to assist in problem solving and system recovery procedures. Ensure that there is no revenue loss to Calogi or external customers. </p><p><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66.
