Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b>You will deal with cargo telephone reservations and customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner. You will be responsible for liasing with the GHA regarding load control and build instructions for all Emirates flights, ensuring adequate resources are provided and all EK SkyCargo requirements are met. You will ensure that correct export documentation is produced to satisfy safety and customs and that all post flight information is dispatched in a timely manner to the correct departments. You will also ensure all cargo is loaded in a safe and secure manner and complete any administrative duties as directed by the Cargo Supervisor. <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer our employees competitive remuneration packages, attractive travel benefits, and career development supported by multi-million dollar training facilities in Dubai, and e-Learning programmes for those seeking a long-term future in the Company. <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications: </b>Educated to MBO standard or equivalent, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience of Cargo reservations/airport operations experience. You will preferably have knowledge of SITA based computerised reservations systems and dangerous goods procedures.
