Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b> <br />? To manage the Groups recruitment and selection processes for UAE Nationals for the various development programmes across the Group. The output of the management of these processes is a stream of quality recruits that will develop into successful staff and managers across the various parts of the organisation. <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits:</b> </p><p> We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund and it has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1="Dh3.66." Degree or Honours (12 3 or equivalent) <br />? A Manager with at least five-eight years exposure in a recruitment/HR role or operational management role within a commercial business. <br />A degree qualification preferably in HR or Psychology <br />Proven administration and planning skills with current exposure to focussed interviewing, assessment centre methodology and psychometric testing. <br />Ideal features would be accreditation as a user and trainer of psychometric instruments including 16PF, Ravens, Myers Briggs and PAPI. <br />Experience as a counsellor within the Arab culture would be beneficial but not essential. <br /> <br />Experience <br />?
