Nationals who would like to become IT Software Engineers. <br /> <br /><b>Traning</b> </p><p>A 4.5 year program, where they spend 2 years in Aviation College to get a Higher Diploma in Computing Software, 6 months of technical training (Software programming in Java and Oracle) and 2 year On the Job Training in EG-IT division as Software Engineer. At the end of 4.5 yrs, they become Snr.
